The castle cuisine includes specialties such as Strmol dishes, menus of renowned guests, own wine cellar and enoteca. When assembling the menus, the chefs emphasize fresh, domestic and seasonal ingredients while taking your wishes into consideration. These are reinforced and complemented by selected wines, recommended by sommeliers.
With guided wine tasting, we offer the possibility of a different introduction to characteristics of individual Slovenian winemaking regions.
